Quote of the Day
Labor is prior to, and independent of, capital. Capital is only the fruit of labor, and could never have existed if Labor had not first existed. Labor is superior to capital, and deserves much the higher consideration.

Why belong to a Union!

Well when I first started working at Cessna, I didnt want to join the union. My wife actually made me because her family were all in the union. I tell you though I'm glad I did because the union has really been there for me even when I was laid off. I would also like to thank Steve and everyone else that put in all the hours on getting us a great contract.

Thanks.... Wes Brown Dept. 28

Quote of the Day
In our glorious fight for civil rights, we must guard against being fooled by false slogans, as 'right-to-work.' It provides no 'rights' and no 'works.' Its purpose is to destroy labor unions and the freedom of collective bargaining... We demand this fraud be stopped.

Quote of the Day
"The members of Local Lodge 774 should be very proud tonight. Make no mistake - Their voice on the shop floor and at the downtown rally broke a stalemate that would have given the members a disasterous contract to have to vote on. A union is only as strong as their members, and the members at Local Lodge 774 are powerful indeed. Congratulations to them all."
