The hearing aid benefit for Textron Aviation employees, negotiated during the 2024 contract negotiations, is now available for reimbursement. This benefit applies to those who purchased hearing aid devices through Textron\u2019s medical plan between Wednesday, January 1, 2025, and Sunday, June 1, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bargained employees have until Thursday, July 31, 2025, to submit their reimbursement requests for these purchases. For purchases made on or after Monday, June 2, 2025, employees will have up to 60 days to submit for reimbursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
