Textron Aviation Inc. employees will have an HSA (Health Savings Account) option for the 2022 Pay for Performance Plan payout (Article 22 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement).

Bargaining unit members can log in and elect to use the company’s HSA Election Online Tool at https://ww2.txtav.com/Emploee/InfoHub to have all or part of their pay-for-performance funds deposited into an HSA account. (Employees must have an active HSA account to elect this option). This option will be available from Tuesday, February 7, 2023, through Tuesday, February 14, 2023. (If you’re having login issues, call the IT Help Desk at 316-517-4062 or visit the IT Hanger.)

For those electing partial payments to their HSA, and those not contributing to their HSA account, payments of these funds will be on the February 24, 2023, paycheck.

Our elected officers and representatives take an oath to uphold the IAM Constitution and faithfully perform the duties of the office they were elected to.
