Textron Aviation’s Proposed Healthcare Plan Options & Costs

In an effort to educate ourselves as much as possible before casting a vote on the company’s last, best, and final offer, we have provided some documents that show the costs associated with the healthcare plans being offered. We were also able to acquire more detailed information on Textron Aviation’s new no-deductible healthcare plan below.

A Detailed Report of the Last, Best, and Final Offer and Proposed Tentative Agreement

Please take the time to study the changes in contract language to make an educated decision before you vote to accept or reject the offer. Hard copies of this report will be available at the contract ratification meeting on Saturday, September 19th.

What Our Recommendation Means:

Each one of our Negotiating Committee members negotiated the last, best, and final contract offer from the company that we determined possible without having a strike.

The final decision of whether we accept or reject the company’s final offer rests in the hands of this membership. Each member has a voice, use it. Our District and Local Lodge Representatives will support either direction members wish to go.
