Our Plant Chairs and Shop Stewards are distributing the Text Messaging authorization cards and members-only Medical Survey’s this week.

Please return both the text authorization card and survey to your Shop Steward and or Plant Chair as soon as possible, but no later than Tuesday, August 11, 2020.

*Please note: Members who are currently on furlough may stop by the District 70 office, located at 3830 S. Meridian, Wichita, KS. 67217, weekdays between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. to fill out a member survey or an authorization card.

Members who would like to receive text message updates during the contract negotiations with Textron Aviation can fill out an authorization card and return it to the Shop Steward. Plant Chairs began receiving the authorization cards on August 3, 2020, for distribution to Shop Stewards. *Membership will be verified before receiving text messages.

Please Note: District Lodge 70 is an “Early Vote Center” in the 2020 Primary Election being held on Thursday and Friday, July 30 & 31 (10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) and on Saturday, August 1, 2020, (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
