Local Lodge Organizers have been canvasing each Textron Aviation facilities talking to members, and non-members to ready the membership for contract negotiations. In addition, they are updating the Union Communication Boards with a poster titled “Do I have a Grievance”. Whether you’re a Shop Steward or a novice, this will come in handy! If you know of a Union Communication Board without this poster, please let us know. We’d like one on every board.
