We will hold discussions to evaluate our labor strike against Textron Aviation, focusing on the following areas:

  • What didn’t work
  • What did work
  • How to improve our strike strategy
  • Create a comprehensive strike playbook for any future actions

These discussions will help us learn from our experience, strengthen our tactics, and ensure we are better prepared for future strikes.

ALL PARTICIPANTS IN THE 2024 LABOR STRIKE AGAINST TEXTRON AVIATION ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.

On Saturday, September 20, 2025, members attending the general membership meeting participated in a second reading and voted on the proposed bylaw changes. The changes approved by the members were sent to the IAM’s International headquarters for review and approval. After review, the changes were accepted and returned as approved.
