You may also give it to your Union Representative (Shop Steward, or Plant Chair) or hand-deliver/mail it to the District office at the address above in care of (C/O) Cornell Beard.

If you are denied Medical or Religious Accommodation/Exemptions by Textron Aviation Inc, DynCorp, Flight Safety Defense Corporation, TRDI, Yulista, or Valiant, please notify your union representative or contact District Lodge 70, ASAP!

If the company asks you to have a “private” phone conversation regarding a religious or medical accommodation request, ask them to submit their questions to you in writing or let them know you want a Union Steward present and document the conversation. #StandinSolidarity
