We are pleased to inform you that a members-only 2024 Bargaining Survey is currently being distributed to collect a list of membership priorities. These priorities will be used by the negotiating committee to prepare for contract negotiations with Textron Aviation this summer.

We kindly request you to follow the instructions provided on the front page of the survey and make sure to return your survey on or before Friday, January 19, 2024.

We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity and start conversations with our non-union coworkers about the importance of having a voice in this process. Your feedback is essential, and we appreciate your participation.
